support matching of multiple parameters in one matching expression

the idea came up that if there are more than one parameter and they are close to each other that maybe the user wants to use something like this:

randomRule params='... (?on : x) + (?with: x + 2)'

and thus match 2 parameters with only 1 matching expression.
