- 400 g Tomato paste
- 400 g Glucose syrup
- 400 g Distilled vinegar
- 80 g Sugar
- 30 g Salt
- 0.8 g Clove, ground
- 2 g MSG, optional
- 2.4 g Xanthan gum
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until the mixture forms a smooth and homogeneous purée.
Adding tomato paste and vinegar before dumping in the glucose syrup will prevent the syrup from sticking to the bottom of the blender.
