[BUG] Migraton fails when going from 0.4.6 to 0.5.0

Hello, i updated mailman from version 0.4.6 to version 0.5.0, i also updated the postgreSQL version (by exporting and re-importing the database), however when I launch the compose, i obtain this:

How can I fix this? Thanks

Same here when updating to v0.5.3b1 and setting mailman-core and mailman-web to 0.5 in docker-compose.yaml

PostgreSQL update done before from 11 to 12
