Discussion for design of main screen

Summary:

The main working screen of the calculator is not looking very good. New design needs to be implemented.
Please give suggestions for a design.

I have come up with a mock design of the main screen. I have designed it using Mockflow.com and so the buttons arent showing their functionality but that wont be a problem in the xml layout.Mock
