Describe the feature

This is related to #779. Currently when i do a CSV import, Maybe tries to autodetect transfers, which is a fancy feature, but for me is quite unreliable. It sometimes even retries to match even tho it was corrected already, which can be super frustrating.

Why is this feature important?

If this would be done based on an IBAN or depot number, it would work way better. After all, usually we export CSV from our bank accounts, so we can assume such information is already included.

There was previously a bug where the same transaction was allowed to be matched to 2 different transfers at the same time, which is what you've noted. I agree that's no good! My PR should fix that and a few other issues with the auto-matching logic.

sounds great, already pulled a fresh image and will play with it asap :)
but still, there may be too similar sounding accounts - such as cash,savings,brokerage at the same bank. it also failed to detect transactions to scalable capital and only referenced inside the depository category instead.

afaik both, GoCardless imports as well as CSV imports would show account reference numbers such as depot numbers or ibans. if maybe would allow us to assing such numbers to accounts, it would be way easier to avoid errors.
