Import templates per account

Describe the feature

Configure/create a template (or multiple templates) for importing transactions to an account, and optionally use the same template for future imports to the account.

The template/s can be specific to account, or can be shared by multiple accounts. Latter could be a better option.

Why is this feature important?

Whenever we import a bank CSV to a certain account, maybe asks us to configure the fields. However, this should not be necessary for imports that are of the same type but contains different transactions, potentially from different time ranges. For example, I imported my 2023 data from a credit card. Then in 2024 I want to update my transactions by importing new CSV file that I obtained from my bank account. Since I already configured the format during my previous import, I want to be able to use the same configuration.
