Getting the same error on Windows 8.1 when trying to create a new Trezor wallet

Apologies - my own trezor was mia this past week, and was unable to test this. There's definitely an issue, this is present in the source operation as well. We'll get this fixed asap, and get Encompass_0.6.0rc2 build out right away.

Fixed in source in release/v0.6.0 - we'll make a release/v0.6.0rc2 from this in a little bit, and run another build today.
