force a plane to run private mode

I would love a feature to force tabs in a plane to run in private mode.
This would be beneficial, cause you could run rules to throw the domain into the plane and they'd automatically run in private mode.

Also maybe this can be enabled by having a container do the job of private browsing and force all tabs of a defined panel to run in the private mode container?

It's not possible to open private tabs (tabs in default private-container) in non-private window. But there is a planned feature to add a "private mode" to the tab panel and container (auto-clearing cookies and history), but it has low priority and I don't have any precise ideas yet about how it will work.
