3.4.10 zabbix not working

I am still encountering an authorization error when using the Zabbix web interface with the Chrome extension version 2.1.1. The error message I see in the browser console is "Uncaught (in promise) Error: {"code":-32602,"message":"Invalid params.","data":"Not authorised."}".

• I have installed the Chrome extension version 2.1.1
• I am running Zabbix version 3.4.10

Please help this issue and advise on any possible solutions or workarounds. Thank you.
