React Native version mismatch on android emulator #5

I think the issues comes from here

    "expo": "^40.0.1",
    "react-native": "https://github.com/expo/react-native/archive/sdk-38.0.2.tar.gz",

running expo upgrade fixes the issues but I get errors running yarn test.
