[ENHANCEMENT] Start using cmake/automake in build configuration

With pull request #45 few new compiler flags were added to check code safety during compilation.
Flags are not supported by all of the compilers, so they are configurable and are applied only when compiler supports them.

More flags may be added in the future, which will result in Makefile expansion. It will be more readable when we will use configuration files to setup compiler flags before compilation.

I invite to discussion about using cmake or automake to compile mdadm code. I am looking forward your opinion.
