Get this error when trying to build in Debian 11:

dpkg-source --before-build .
dpkg-checkbuilddeps: error: Unmet build dependencies: dh-systemd
dpkg-buildpackage: warning: build dependencies/conflicts unsatisfied; aborting
dpkg-buildpackage: warning: (Use -d flag to override.)
make: *** [Makefile:43: debian] Error 3

It appears dh-systemd is no longer a separate package and should be removed from debian/control
