Your bot is overzealous in marking issues as spam that aren't.

What behavior were you expecting?

I can just submit #25500 and improve MDN without being told off.

I've temporarily disabled the workflow and will debug it when I get a chance!

Ah, actually, I already figured out what happened -- there was an inverted logic statement which was causing the spam filter to think that all issues with body text actually did not have them. That has now been fixed!
