Responsive Template

Did someone started to make a responsive template?
Ifso, whats your feature branch?
If not, ill start making one with bootstrap.

Hi @Graxo, no, so far there has been no development towards responsive layouts in any place of the game.
Feel free to start working on that, bootstrap should be good enough solution for now.

However, I must warn you, that the current templates implementation is based on <table> usage, a really old and poor layouting paradigm, that has been a legacy technology even since I initially started working on this project. This means that a complete rewrite of templates is most likely needed anyway.

Also, please bear in mind that the new templates should match the existing templates in styling (as in, colors, paddings, fonts etc.).
