new tool: ranking

In addition to the quiz and the survey, there are always situations in class where students are asked to rank certain predefined elements. As teacher, you want to discuss the average distribution of students.

It would therefore be nice if the wonderful plugin could be expanded to include a “ranking” type tool.

Some key features might be:

• As a teacher, you would like to use this type to specify certain elements in advance.
• Participants should be able to rate these after approval by the teacher.
• The calculated order of all items should then be displayed in real time.
