Feature: Add option to add one image to questions

As a teacher, I would like to enhance surveys or quizzes in class with pictures or diagrams. These can contain specific information or point out problems that are important for answering a question.

So far, only questions in plain text format are possible. It would therefore be nice to have the option of adding just one image to the question, for example.
