Can we update the repo name to 'theme-generator'? #36

In an effort to simplify the name and url of the repo, can we update the repo name to be theme-generator? This request comes from the fact that Drupal 9 is in the horizon and shorting the name also looks nicer on the url.

We're looking at moving it over to the Mediacurrent Organization in NPM so I think it makes sense to rename it when that happens. I'll leave this open as a reminder to do it.

Drupal 10 has just been released. Will the generated themes from this tool work with D9/D10, as long as the info.yml file reflects the proper core requirements?
