It would be nice to have nominatim-ui available. It could be a flag on get it running on nominatim-docker or have a nominatim-ui-docker. IMO, having it inside nominatim-docker would be better.

I'm running and old docker-nominatim 3.3.0 and it does have nominatim-ui available.

I got it running manually by executing these steps:

Maybe this can be integrated with an environment variable like ENABLE_UI.

A PR would be appreciated but none of the maintainers use the UI so we won't add it ourselves.
