As we experienced it already https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-G3vPsX-2LhgBkVr6ZsjwXoupvYsMsYtxPMEWURSHwo/edit, generating many tasks events in config for > 3.8.X releases will cause performance issues due to the high number of tasks docs that will be saved in users phones. To help preventing such things to occur, we could add some warning messages in medic-conf-test-harness that will be thrown after a certain threshold is exceeded ( for example if more that 1000 tasks are generated per user ).
