Modul Forschungsvorhaben (https://www.medizininformatik-initiative.de/Kerndatensatz/Modul_Medizinische_Forschungsvorhaben/IGMIIKDSModulMedizinischeForschungsvorhaben.html) beschreibt im Datenmodell das Feld "Rechtsgrundlage":

Dieses bzw. entsprechende Referenzen finden sich jedoch nicht im FHIR Profil von ResearchStudy.
