Instructions to new users on

• some basic layout considerations
  • one landing page with links to more specific topics
  • good idea to "sign" contributions so questions can be sent directly
• links to guides on editing MediaWiki-documents
  • like the project website
• don't be afraid to contribute!
  • edits can be rolled back if you screw up
  • email an admin if you want a page deleted

Pages with similar info can be collapsed. That'll make searching a lot easier. I started a whole page for using mne-py, that wasn't really necessary. 💨
