NEW & improved MNE-Python based artefact rejection pipeline (after a lot of work from Lau, AHN&NCH et al.)

• automatic checks and corrections for trigger errors and bad channels
• semi-automatic artifact correction combing methods from EEG-Lab, MNE-Python and FieldTrip

Just to expand on the short text. We have two sets of codes.

1. The central functions that perform the filtering, ICA etc and show the plots explaining the automated procedure. Was written mainly by Lau,Mads,Andreas,NCH and edited later.
2. The above procedure sometimes fails to capture all the artefactual components. So we wrote another code to visually scan through the failed datasets once more to redo ArtRej manually.
   We'll bring both the the Hack-CFIN and hopefully document it better.
