Create improved dbt docs index.html page

Now with #15 we can use customized index.html for dbt docs.

Bow. It makes sense to create improved version of dbt docs, with better navigation layout ..etc.

• its also possible to create multiple variations and save them as well. Then end user could choose one of them

potential improvements:

• reduce/optimize margin padding. some margins are unnecessary big and taking space. filling whole page.
• enable disable some of the blocks using CSS, potentially come blocks could be hided. ex: Depends On, Details, Code.Source
  • this will allow end user specific docs pages. like Docs with technical blocks hiddedn, targeting non technical users. etc..
• hide Project Group views. only leave Database menu item
