Deleting articles requires some manual effort which needs to be handled by administrators. Because of this, articles should only be destroy-able by admins.
Then if a user wants to destroy an article, they can simply request it be removed, and an administrator can delete the article and perform the manual tasks (delete tweets) as necessary.

@sandal any thoughts on this? For the amount of times it happens we can probably manually manage this. Just looking for any excuse to close this ticket 😉
Disable post deletion in community for non-admins, and make community members ask an admin to get them deleted. This will force us to deal with the manual cleanup process.
PS: Of course we should still allow editing, just not deletion.
