  1. Notify a user that creating the link will require/use an invite
  2. Change "Send" button to read "Create link" when Merit Money is selected
  3. Once the link is created, it needs to be immediately visible on the screen, right now you have to scroll up to find it.
  4. Store the link somewhere in the lightwallet with the transaction details (who it was sent to, how much, along with the option to resend the link)
