Describe the issue

On the first run of merit core with fast synchronization, download status bar is not moving. It looks like it's stuck, only when I check file size in data directory I see it's downloading. Seems like it's only UI bug maybe related to macOS.

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

  1. turn off Merit core
  2. delete data folder
  3. start merit core
  4. choose fast sync

Expected behaviour

Download status bar is moving while downloading.

Actual behaviour

Download status bar is not moving while downloading.

0.6.4

  • OS: macOS High Sierra
