Is there a plan to add Constraints feature into executor? #65

It would be cool for the executors to use constraints. E.g.:

"rack_id", "CLUSTER", "rack-1"
"storage", "CLUSTER", "r6_ssd

this will avoid resource nervous between application and redis (IO/memory)
