Describe the bug

For a new user, a content warning and the reveal button don't appear to be anything to do with content warnings. They appear like they have just shortened the post

Repro

View any toot with CW protected content

Expected

expected: CW label should be visually different from body text, for example in a different color/font or position on-screen, and/or have an icon such as CW or the eye icon

actual: the content warning text is in the same location, font, color as ordinary body text, is not visually linked to the button, and has no icon to indicate it's special

expected: CW button should clearly indicate it will reveal content which was hidden because it has a warning.

actual: it says "show more" which might just have been hiding content for reasons or space, or load other context which is contextually relevant but not part of the original content

suggest: include text or icons associating the button with the idea of content warning (such as the eye), have a label such as "show content" or "see sensitive content" to use common language with "content warning"

Screenshots

In this screenshot, the context warning " Birb Site" looks like content. The button to reveal the sensitive text content is called "show more". Note that the image content is appropriate labelled and uses "sensitive content"
