Links regarding logo competition are all broken

Describe the bug
On the About page, the last section regarding the logo contains 3 links which are all broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://metacpan.org/about
2. Scroll down to 'Where did you get that great logo?'
3. See 2 links to entries.contest.metacpan.org which does not resolve and one link to www.enlightenedperl.org which does not connect.

Expected behavior
As the linked content probably no longer exists, rewrite this section with the relevant information on-page instead.

I think we can just remove all of the links. EPO no longer exists anyway. For historical reasons, we could also link to the wayback macchine.

Just spotted that there is also still a link to the defunct EPO URL on the sponsors page.
