<urlencode/> no longer works since 5.7.0

Hi,

Since version 5.7.0, Morph definitions using throw an exception.
The same code works fine with 5.6.0 and earlier.

According to #490 urlencode should still be supported (internally switched to PercentEscaper). But it seems that the Morph parser still tries to set a property plusforspace which no longer exists in the new implementation.

This results in a runtime error even if no parameters are explicitly passed to .
Error message (from PuTTY):
Exception in thread "main" org.metafacture.commons.reflection.ReflectionException: class could not be instantiated: class org.metafacture.metamorph.Metamorph Caused by: org.metafacture.metamorph.MetamorphException: Error while building the Metamorph transformation pipeline: Method URLEncode.plusforspace does not exist Caused by: org.metafacture.commons.reflection.ReflectionException: Method URLEncode.plusforspace does not exist

Is it possible for you to use the newest release 7.0.0? If so we would just fix this version rather than also all the old ones.

Hi,
we are currently using version 5.6.0 in our production processes, but plan to switch in the long term anyway. Yes, we will then move directly to 7.0.0.
