Similar to metanorma/metanorma-iec#191, ISO 80000-1 was prepared by two different committees.

This document was prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 12, Quantities and units, in collaboration with IEC/TC 25, Quantities and units.

With the following encoding, we do not have an option to indicate that one committee is ISO's and the other one is IEC's:

:technical-committee-number_2: 25
:technical-committee_2: Quantities and units
