Add primitives for expressing real-time data to the typegraph.

  • GraphQL subscriptions
  • Prisma support
  • Server sent events
  • Possible second type of materializer to represent this
    • Similar to stream responses from gRPC
    • Stream? Coroutine?
    • Look to Spin by Fastly and others in how they organize their event streaming
