I'm confused - Rendering example to html

I was checking out the Usage example, but since it is in a Meteor method, wouldn't I have to use Meteor call to render anything to the page. Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of server side rendering?

Unless I missed something, I can not figure out how to render the example from the server on load.
