Windows 7: Installation of npm-packages failes #79

When I am using this packages to add a couple of npm-packages, I get the following error:

Any idea on how to solve this?

I am also getting the exact same error in Windows 7 x64. I am trying to use the package "ffi" (Foreign Function Interface).
