I tried to take photo according to example and I get the not a function error

Template.changeAvatar.events({
'click [data-action=take-photo]': function () {
        var options = {  
            width: 256,
            height: 256,
            quality: 100
        };
        MeteoricCamera.getPicture(options, function (err, dataURI) {
         });
    }
});
