Wrong time and prayer times

Salaam,
I get reasonably good prayer times when I first calculate my location (Medicine Hat, AB, Canada), but it's not the right method (N. American). When I switch the method, the clock becomes weird. It thinks it is 11 hours into the future (currently 5am and it says it is 4pm), and Fajr is at 10pm at night! Same with another city which is close.

Possibly due to me running Graphene OS, which has sandboxed Google Play Services. It doesn't do network location only GPS. But I don't know why it would get the current time wrong?
