add tests for example aeroval configs from the documentation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The pyaerocom documentation includes some example aeroval configurations (e.g. here). Right now these are not tested on CI and might therefore not always work

Describe the solution you would like to see
Write tests for these configurations to make sure they are always correct

writing this issue was a compromise to get #1378 merged
