BAHFA surfaced a user who cannot submit her digital application. She says that she gets to the screen below, but when she selects 'confirm' an error pops-up that states that information is missing from her application - she can't find anything missing.
QA Notes
This isn't very possible to QA - this was resolved by updating the household member relationships that no longer existed to the new values. Folks who had submitted applications with those values who now try to autofill should not get this error anymore.
