Find latest MPN snapshot

This action queries https://mpn.metworx.com to find latest MPN snapshot and sets the MPN_LATEST environment variable to the result.

Usage

    steps:
      ...
      - uses: metrumresearchgroup/actions/mpn-latest@v1
