"Other values" should not show up repeatedly in the page outline on https://github.com/mets/METS-schema/wiki/METS2-Suggested-Attribute-Values

Just changed these subtitles to use simple bold style. Ok with this? Another option is to simply remove these subtitles and just have the comment regarding other values?
