Issues with updates failing to install after download , no error given.

Kia ora experiencing an issue with installing updates using this module.

Command used.
Install-WindowsUpdate -MicrosoftUpdate -AcceptAll -Verbose -IgnoreReboot -Category 'Critical Updates', 'Security Updates' -NotTitle 'Feature'

I had 6 servers all fail at the install stage, with no error just Install Result: Failed

Re-Running I then had 2 servers update and the remaining 4 fail to install withe the same Result: Failed and no error message as to why.

Eventually after multiple re-runs all servers were updated.

Is there a way we can get more detail as to why the update is failing to install as it just like luck at the moment :-P, maybe I'm doing something wrong though?
