Partial Download Issue: Unable to download multiple split parts of large file from Telegram's Saved Messages via Web Browser

Describe the bug
I uploaded a file of 8 GB, and it saved me on the Saved Messages section of Telegram correctly split into 2 GB parts. However, when I try to download them from a web browser, it only downloads the last part, and I can't figure out how to download the other 4 parts.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Share'
2. Click on 'Make Public'
3. Click on 'Copy Link'
4. Go to url --> 3 dots ... on the upper right --> download

Expected behavior: When downloading a large file that has been split into multiple parts on Telegram's Saved Messages via a web browser, all the parts should be downloaded and accessible for use or reassembly.

What I expect: I expect to be able to download all the split parts of the file successfully when attempting to download it from a web browser.
