Unable to add theme into my Obsidian

Hi, I am pretty new to Obsidian and github and I have been spending the last few hours trying to add this theme into my Obsidian. After discovering that this is a legacy theme and not optimized for the new v of Obsidian I wanted to if there was still a way of getting this theme onto my Obsidian as I read some users are still able to use it despite it being an old v.
