Thanks for the suggestion. I agree that localization support is an important goal for EngineeringPaper.xyz. However, CrowdIn's terms are not compatible with the MIT open-source license that EngineeringPaper.xyz is licensed under. In particular, the following two terms from the link you provided are the most problematic:

• You do not have any commercial products related to the open-source project you are requesting a license for.
• contribute your project translations to Crowdin Global TM and gain access to Crowdin Neural Machine Translator.

The restriction on commercial products is not compatible with the MIT license (or any widely accepted open source license that I'm aware of). Second, CrowdIn owns the translations. With these conditions, CrowdIn is able to commercialize the translations form the open-source project but the open-source project is unable to commercialize itself. This goes against the spirit of open-source.
