Release v0.2.1

Fixes a bug in Firefox that navigated to a url on drop of an object using the sorting component.

Release v0.2.0 - Introducing Sorting

This is a relatively major release for ember-drag-drop. This introduces the first version including sorting capabilities. The readme has been updated with example code and instructions. Demo pages are incoming.

Big thanks to Songspace for donating some developer time to implement sorting.

Two pull requests (#18 and #19) were also pulled into this release.

This release is mostly to update the project to be Ember 2.0 compatible. There was a few small additions to functionality as well.
