This version fixes an important bug causing an error with more recent versions of expl3. These versions no longer ship with individual l3kernel package files, some of which were still loaded by pkgloader-0.2.0. This is now fixed.

Additionally, rules are now provided for the recommended loading order of the cleveref package.

This new release of pkgloader fixes a number of bugs from the previous version and implements most of the features promised by the pkgloader article in the latest issue of TUGBoat:

The package manager is now ready for general use, though the included database of known package conflicts is still very limited.
