Info Window (Marker) does not open on iOS/Android

Does anyone have a similar problem

You have to select open infow window by click in the address settings -> tab info window. Does it help?

is already set for all addresses

Open InfoWindow by click instead of mouse over = active
Close InfoWindow by click instead of mouse out = active

The error was due to an own marker image and user defined image size being activated.
With user defined image size disabled it works

but if i don't set User defined image size the image will be too large
is there another way (maybe by css) to set image marker size?

i now use the icon in the target size not the recommended size "The image should be twice as large as indicated."

I have the same problem: I use my own locations. The icons are included in their native size and are not scaled. Everything is OK on the desktop with a mouse. On touch devices, all tips on locations are recognized incorrectly: always a few hundred px too far down and a little too far to the left. #121

We have a similar issue. Desktop on hover no real problem. We would prefer to have the option to have info window only on click also on desktop, but didn't find any option. On touch devices (yes there is no hover) we cannot open the info window. The icons are included in their native size and are not scaled. No visible "Popup" or other changin on interaction with marker.

in v7 we implemented the new AdvancedMarkers - does this problem still exists?
