Need Internet to use?

You should be able to enter the app without Internet access. I understand the database portion of it, but a user should be able to view and create a local route without Internet because the service in the rock wall room is awful.

Not a bug or pressing issue, just seems like a problem that could make the app completely useless

Severity-If more than 3 people use the app then 9/10, otherwise 4/10
