[Migration][Front-End] - Migrate Front-end to Svelte Kit

Requirements

• update client to use latest version of SvelteKit
• use SvelteKit SSR on first page load
• use typescript in the <script></script> brackets
• Remove unused dependencies

Tests

• All previously existing routes still exist
• All previously existing pages have the same/similar UI

Notes:
Since the current version of the client is reliant on Firebase, if there are any issue with migrating to sveltkit that arrise from the integration with firebase, simply noteing it in the code and subsequent pull request is all thats needed to emsure that we keep track of it for Supabase refactoring.
