[bug] passthrough related bachend name language error #793

Description of the bug

Step by step instructions to reproduce the bug

1、I use sftp and samba storage backend
2、sftp and samba name is simple chinese，it works

3、i want to use passthrough authentication，and set a hostname

if releate backend name use simple chinese, it can not work
